Special Note: *Yearly fee is to be paid in advanced and discount is only valid if use for the 10 months. If cancelled within the 12 month period the refund will be based on the monthly rate schedule. No refund on the 2 free months. **Turnaround time is an estimation depending on work required and work load ahead of customer. ***Emergency Support will fall under Additional Work rate price based on your plan but will get top priority and handled as quickly as possible.
